The Calusa Nature Center and Planetarium in Fort Myers, Florida celebrates the 30th anniversary of Earth Day with a MARS (Manatee, Arts and River Spring) Festival with exhibits, presentations, music, food, and fine art from local artists focusing on the natural beauty of Southwest Florida. And focused, in particular, on the Caloosahatchee River and its star inhabitant, the West Indian manatee.

Presentations on manatees and river life by leading educators and scientists. Fine nature art by many local artists.
