Join the fun and fiesta at the oldest chili cook-off in Mexico sanctioned by the International Chili Society. More than four dozen chili-head and salsa teams from the US and Mexico compete for trophies, prizes.

Regional foods, Tecate beer, Hussong margaritas, raffles and Mexican arts and crafts booths add even more spice to the festive atmosphere. Proceeds benefit the Ensenada Center for Abused Women, a nonprofit organization.

Performers
The lineup of nonstop entertainment includes ballads from Master of Ceremonies Brent BeSaw, rock & salsa music from Raul Granados & Tia y Asociados plus the Punta Banda Line Dancers and Mexican Folkloric Dancers. The public may enter the Ms. Chile Pepper Contest, Senor Hot Sauce Contest or Serrano Chili Eating Competition.
