Kids will scramble for 30,000 pieces of candy and eggs at the third annual Cricket Easter "EGG"stravaganza from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, March 31 at Zoo Boise in Julia Davis Park. The event is sponsored by 94.9 The River, KIVI Channel 6, Meadow Gold Dairy and Paul’s Market. Activities include the popular "Egg Scrambles" throughout the day, story times, Zoo Boise raffle Basket, historic spinning demonstrations, photos with the Easter bunny, face painting, 4-H Zoo Farm, Easter Egg toss, Tate’s FunJumps, animal enrichment activities, special food concessions and, of course, the zoo!

Ages and starting times for the Egg Scrambles are: • Ages 2 & under (toddler/parent) -- 10:30 a.m., noon, 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. • Ages 3-5 -- 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. • Ages 6-10 -- 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m.
