DescriptionA festival honoring one of Hawaii's most powerful and favorite Queens, Ka‘ahumanu, this 2-day event features Hawaiian entertainment, cultural demonstrations, kids' activities, lei making demonstrations and sales.
PerformersThroughout the weekend, Hawaiian music and dance will be performed by Maui halau (hula troupes) and seniors will model vintage and contemporary holoku (long, one-piece dresses) on stage. Free cultural demonstrations such as how to make hula instruemnts and ti-leaf skirts, making lei and making bamboo stamps for printing will take place.
