Brunch Buffet includes: Ham Carving station, Tropical Fruit Display, Waldorf Salad, Prawn Cocktail, Northwest Egg Scramble, Country Fried Potatoes, Chicken and Apple Breakfast Sausage, Smoked Salmon Display with cream cheese, capers and bagels, Cinnamon Swirl French Toast and Fresh Pastries.
