Blues Inc. will present the second Annual Yank Rachell Memorial Blues Festival in partnership with Jazzline, Inc. This cross-cultural, family-oriented, free to the public, end of summer event with several of Indiana's best blues bands, special guest musicians, and vendors of tasty foods and merchandise. In conjunction with the festival, the group will be presenting the second annual Yank Rachell Lifetime Achievement Award to a good friend and supporter of Mr. Yank, legendary musician, John Sebastian.
