A message from the owners: Our Unit is family operated and is 48 feet long including the box truck. We are able to handle the large crowds as well as the small. We provide good southern cooking along with the best hospitality a person could ask for. Our meats are as followed : Ribs, Porkchops, Turkey Legs, Fish, Hot wings, Fried Chicken, Polish Sausage, Chesse Burgers, Hotdogs,etc. Our sides consist of: Potatoe Salad, French Fries, Hush Puppies,Green Beans, Baked Beans, Green Fried Tomatoes, Assorted Veggies, Pound Cake, Apple Pie, etc. We do not serve all that is listed for every event, unless you want us to. You choose the menu and we cook the food!! WE ARE ABLE TO HANDLE YOUR EVENT...THE WAY YOU WANT IT!! Feel Free to give us a call anytime.
