A native of Canton, Mississippi, this dynamic artist has a music ministry that is sure to bless and minister to people all over the world! His musical sound has been described as a mixture of traditional gospel that has been the chief cornerstone of African American Gospel Expressions over the years, in addition to the Contemporary sound that implements elements of Hip-Hop, Soul, and Jazz that appeal to today’s younger generation…. Moreover, Tony Davis first Gospel CD project was titled: "LORD I THANK YOU”, which was recorded and released in 1998. Additionally, he has been featured on numerous cable television shows and was a featured artist at the: {GOSPEL MUSIC WORKSHOP OF AMERICA} - Convention in New Orleans, Louisiana in 2000. Tony also has two music videos to add to his accomplishments; one titled:”TROUBLE IN MY WAY”, and the other titled: “A BETTER DAY”; both available on DVD... In March of 2001 Tony released his second CD project titled: “I MUST TELL JESUS”, at which time he added three anointed background singers called New Praise. Throughout 2001, Tony Davis and New Praise have ministered at many Los Angeles area churches, as well as the Union Rescue Mission which is located in downtown Los Angeles. In December of 2002, Tony Davis release an A & B Christmas CD titled: “THIS CHRISTMAS”, the two songs that are featured on this CD are Classic Christmas songs title: “THIS CHRISTMAS” and “CHESTNUTS”. January of 2005, Tony recorded and release a Traditional CD titled: “MY EVERYTHING”. “TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY”.
