This is a joint effort between the cities of Avondale & Goodyear. Last year was the first time and it was a huge success. The theme this year is an International Celebration. The event begins with a parade down Thomas between Litchfield and Dysart and ends at Estrella Mountain Community College with a festival. Both with feature representation from countries around the globe.
