DescriptionThe Ham Jam Arts Festival promotes historical downtown Philadelphia and raises money for downtown projects. There are arts and crafts and food vendors, children's activities, entertainment, a 5K and 10K run and a Memphis Barbecue Network sanctioned barbecue contest.
