The Ocean Shores Convention Center will host the 6th Annual Grays Harbor County Expo Memorial Day Weekend, May 24th - 26th. You won’t want to miss this multifaceted event which consists of the Grays Harbor Home Show, Oceans of Fine Arts, Roadside Chainsaw Carving Competition, Surf N Shine Car Show and a Special Memorial Day Celebration. The Home Show features businesses showcasing the latest in home decor and home improvement ideas. What a great opportunity to find them all in a central location! The Art Expo features incredible artists from all over the Northwest. You are sure to be intrigued with a variety of juried art available to grace your home. The Roadside Chainsaw Carvers will be active in the parking lot, creating works of art for your lawn, garden or home. An auction will be held Sunday afternoon. What will they create to intrigue you? The United States Coast Guard Auxiliary will lead this years Memorial Day Service at 12:00, May 25th in the Convention Centers grass courtyard. What a great opportunity to commemorate a friend or family member. You will be able to post a note, picture or photo in their honor and to remind us all the true meaning of this holiday. This is just the “tip of the iceberg” for this event. You will find free parking and free admission to everything, so be sure to put this event on your “must do list”.
