DescriptionThe International Institute's Festival of Nations is St. Louis' leader in celebrating multicultural traditions. It is an outdoor celebration featuring traditional dance and music, ethnic food, cultural and educational exhibits, folk art demonstrations, and international market. Presented by the International Institute and 125 ethnic organizations, the festival promotes awareness and understanding of our community’s growing ethnic population. Festival of Nations is the largest event of its kind in our region.
PerformersThree stages of authentic multi-cultural dance and live music performances. Most performers are immigrants or direct descendants preserving their own ethnic heritage. All are screened for high-quality, authentic entertainment value. The International Institute also works with other performers to demonstrate international sports (such as traditional Scottish games), as well as master artisans that explain and demonstrate ethnic craftmaking, such as wooden African masks.

DirectionsTower Grove Park is located in South City St. Louis. It is accessible by driving south on Grand Avenue from one of two major thoroughfares: I-44 and I-40. Please consult our website in July for more information on driving and shuttle stop locations.
