As part of our commitment to help keep you informed on estate planning matters, we are hosting a Client Appreciation Seminar for our clients, their families and friends. This important Client Appreciation Seminar focuses on the process of Trust Administration for those with a Living Trust, and the Probate Process for those with only a Will or no estate plan, or those who have a living trust but assets have not been properly titled. We encourage you to attend and to bring your loved ones. This is an excellent opportunity for those affected by your estate plan to learn how your plan works and what needs to be done at death. This is also a good chance for your loved ones to learn about Living Trust estate planning and decide if they should further explore estate planning for their own families.
