Songwriters ConferenceLos Altos Hills, California, USA
9/13/2013 - 9/15/2013
DescriptionThis is the West Coast Songwriters (formerly NCSA) 33rd annual Songwriters Conference. By now, we should be good at this! Songwriters, artists, musicians, bookers, managers, studio owners, producers, engineers, and all interested in a career in music are welcome! Highlights include 20 song screenings and 18 seminars with industry executives, hit songwriters, producers etc. live concerts, OOM, our ongoing Open Mic, and a fantastic SUNSET CONCERT. Free and secure instrument check, lots of energy but in a secluded and laid-back atmosphere - beautiful weather in a mixture of inside and outside event venues.
A couple of the best things about this event are:
Getting your songs listened to by music industry pros. Every registrant gets to have two songs reviewed each day - guaranteed - as long as you are there by 9am. We hear that at other events, attendees are frustrated by not getting their songs heard...NOT HERE!
The Networking opportunities are fabulous. In fact its one of the best National events for that .
Breakfast and lunch each day, and Saturday dinner, are included . Appropriate for all levels of expertise. Steve Seskin (local hero) just one of the many human highlights of the weekend. Students and early registrants get a nice discount. Were located some 40 miles south of beautiful San Francisco and twenty miles north of San Jose (the cheaper airport). Official Transportation companies offer discounts on Airlines, and Car Rental.
