CAUSE FOR PAWS: Artists for Animals is an outdoor art festival benefiting the Lincoln County Animal Shelter in Newport, OR. The shelter receives inadequate state funding, and is the only shelter within a region spanning over 20 communities. The goal is to raise $10,000+ for the shelter during this 2 day event. Adoptions at the shelter that weekend will be half off, and anyone who donates a 5lb bag or larger or cat/dog food or cat litter will receive a coupon for $5 off redeemable with any artist at the show for items $20 or more. Vending artists/crafter's will donate 20% of their proceeds to the shelter as well. The animals desperately need our help...so have a heart, and buy some art! Vending info available via the website.

Lincoln County Animal Shelter located at 510 NE Harney next to the Lincoln County Fair Grounds. From Hwy 101 turn LEFT/EAST onto Hwy 34 (headed to Corvallis), approx 1/2 mi to light at Harney Road. Turn LEFT onto Harney Road.
