CALL FOR ARTISTS National Call for a Juried Fine Arts Festival Deadline to Apply: March 31, 2013 Artsfest ‘13 Fine Arts Festival September 21 & 22, 2013 20th Anniversary Celebration! Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center Dowell (Solomons), Maryland Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center in Dowell (Solomons), Maryland is pleased to announce the call for entries for Artsfest ’13 Fine Arts Festival. The Jury will accept 150 artists for inclusion in Artsfest ’13 with a goal toward creating an exciting and diverse pool of fine arts and fine crafts. 2013 will mark the 20th anniversary of Artsfest and there are many special activities planned for this wonderful celebration! New artist award categories have been created for the anniversary, including best new artist and a special demonstration award. Other anniversary festivities include a new emerging young adult artist program, a VIP program, expanded activities and music, and more! As always, there will be delicious food and drink, wonderful performers, an organized and well run event, and of course, our sculpture garden – the most beautiful venue for a festival!
