Laurel runs a 4th of July Celebration that lasts all day. On Saturday, the JCs run a street dance on 1st street between 2nd & 3rd Ave. On Sunday, there is a Pancake Breakfast sponsored by the Laurel JayCees. The Chief Joseph Run had 250 runners last year. There is a Parade, where thousands line the streets and view it. The Food and Craft Fair will be happening so people can shop and purchase food all day long. Activities and Entertainment are planned for throughout the day, including live music. Laurel has the largest fireworks display in Montana.
