The annual 89er Days Celebration commemorates the Land Run of 1889. Activities include a Chuckwagon Feed and Western Art Auction on Tues, April 16th. A HUGE carnival comes to town Wednesday thru Saturday along with over 70 food and craft vendors. An Old Tyme baseball game is held on Thursday and a large family friendly rodeo takes over the Fairgrounds arena on Friday and Saturday nights. The largest parade in Oklahoma kicks off at noon on Saturday, April 20 and makes its way through downtown Guthrie.
