DescriptionThe Unity Music Festival was created to promote peace, hope and acceptance through great music, great surroundings, inspiring arts and crafts, and tantalizing natural foods. Unity Music Festival 2009 will again be enjoyed at the Farm of Peace located in the beautiful rolling foothills and valleys of the Appalachian mountains, 90 minutes from Baltimore, MD and Washington DC.
The Unity Music Festival will feature exceptional musical acts from a variety of genres performing on two different stages. It will also feature 2-3 speakers ranging in topics from health, spirituality, peace making or the environment. We are also expanding to include a film tent for 2009. UMF is dedicated to providing a music and arts selection that is suitable for adults and children while promoting the principles of unity in our social, political, and spiritual environments.
