A parade to celebrate Liberty & Lunacy! Every July 4th the folks of Columbus, OH come out of the woodworks to express the 1st Amendment through humor. It's a platform with little constraints. Anything from political satire to making fun of a carrot, or even an airline can be a target. No obvious advertising allowed, and all politicians, and everyone in the entourage, MUST wear a funny hat and have something funny to say. Say, how do you enter? You just show up!
