Detroit Fashion Week is Michigan’s only fashion industry event in which independent designers from across the U.S. gather and present their seasonal lines to buyers. Presenting Spring/Summer 09, Urban, Ready to Wear, Evening & Bridal Couture over the course of seven days of events, runway shows, presentations and industry hosted after parties. All shows feature at least three to five designers. With an upscale audience, VIP’s, press, buyers and fashion industry professionals Detroit Fashion Week has proven to put Michigan on the map in Midwest upscale fashion industry events.
