DescriptionThe Temecula Valley International Jazz Festival in the sunny Southern California Wine Country City of Temecula, located just over an hours drive South/East from Los Angeles, and less than an hour’s drive North of San Diego on I-15. It is a combination of free and ticketed events. This event is produced by Musicians Workshop, a California Non-Profit 501(c)(3) performing arts & music public benefit corporation, and proceeds from this event will go towards the Temecula Valley Cultural Arts & Music Center & Building Better Futures programs.
PerformersDedicated to and in Honor of Ella Fitzgerald, 2010 Features an exclusive Southwest CA performance of Poncho Sanchez And His Latin Band, Ray Brown Jr. Trini Lopez, Freda Payne, Herb Jeffries, Arthur Rand and the Ink Spots, David Arkenstone, Brian Auger, Coryell Auger Sample Trio and more including US Congressional Certificate of Recognition of Lifetime Achievement recipients and The Chuck Niles Jazz Be-Bop Award competition presentation.
