DescriptionWe invite sculptors from all over the world to participate in the International Festival of Ice Sculpture The Polar Rhapsody that is hosted by the City of Salekhard, the only city in the world situated on the Polar Circle. The theme for the 2012 sculpture competition is "Wonders of the World."
