Since 1985, A Taste of The Litchfield Hills has attracted thousands of guests to the state's oldest winery for delicious dishes, outstanding wine, live entertainment, upscale shopping, plus winery tours, wine tasting and romantic strolls on the vineyard walk.provide culinary offerings from traditional New England dishes to international specialties. Award-winning Haight vineyard wines will be served by the glass in a garden cafe, or guests may enjoy a premium draught and sodas, spring water, iced tea or specialty gourmet coffees. After indulging in delicious cuisine, attendees will be able to splurge with tempting desserts. Guests can also enjoy live entertainment throughout the weekend. There will also be winery tours, vineyard hayrides, ice carving and culinary demonstrations.
