Celebrate the role of the horse to history of Scott County. Features exhibits, concessions, arts & crafts, carnival, and 5k run. Stage entertainment throughout the festival. Friday/Colt & Filly Childrens Parade and Saturday/ Annual Toyota Grande Parade, will be downtown Georgetown and Horse Games/Experience the Horse will be at Brooking Park. Sunday/Horse Show will be at Brooking Park.
