Ski Country 104.7 and the Town of Eagle are proud to present the “Boots on Broadway” Exhibition beginning Saturday, June 23rd – August 5th! The “Boots on Broadway” Exhibition is set to debut on Saturday, June 23rd in conjunction with the annual Flight Days Parade. “Boots on Broadway” features twelve, 6-foot cowboy boots that have been designed and painted by local area artists. The boots will be placed throughout the downtown Broadway area and will remain on display through August 1st. The boots will then be moved to the fairgrounds and continue to be on display throughout the Eagle County Fair and Rodeo.

On Sunday, August 5th the Boots will be auctioned off in conjunction with the last day of the Fair and Rodeo. The proceeds from the auction will benefit an art scholarship for Eagle Valley High School Art students, the Vail Valley Charitable Fund, and the Shaw Cancer Center.

This event was conceived as a way to showcase the new Eagle Streetscape project and create tourist traffic in Eagle with a comprehensive media campaign urging people to come to downtown Eagle to view the boots!
