The fifth annual Meijer St. Clair Riverfest will be a three-day extravaganza held Friday, July 33 through Sunday, August 1, 2010. Located on the banks of the St. Clair River in beautiful downtown St. Clair, Michigan…the 2010 Meijer St. Clair Riverfest will consist of world-class recording artists each night as well as the hottest regional acts performing on an elaborate riverfront stage. The main attraction of the weekend will be thunderous offshore boats racing for a sixteenth consecutive year in St Clair, brought to us by the Blue Water Offshore Racing Association. Time trials will run all day Saturday with the main event races on Sunday. This spectacular event has a loyal following of thousands who have come to watch these amazing boats roar year-after-year. Beer, wine and liquor will be sold throughout the streets with portions of the proceeds going to benefit a variety of charities. The 2009 St. Clair Riverfest drew over 125,000 people and we anticipate far exceeding that number in 2010. This type of event could not be possible without the Mayor, Local Police, City Council and the Blue Water Offshore Racing Association’s backing and its utmost confidence in the organizers. The Meijer St. Clair Riverfest is produced by Funfest Productions…a proven team which has been instrumental in events such as Arts, Beats and Eats, The Detroit Country Music Hoedown, Harley Fest, The Detroit International Riverdays Festival, Detroit Grand Prix, Motown Winter Blast and Mount Clemens Stars & Stripes Festival!
