DescriptionCome to the Fishers Renaissance Faire. A magical place where mythology, legends, and folklore from 16th century England all converge. In addition to HM Queen Elizabeth and her royal court, and the Joust, you will experience the chivalry and merriment of Robin Hood and his band of thieves, King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table, and the magic of the wizard Merlin. You will also meet various evil henchman of the time including the Sheriff of Nottingham, Guy of Gisborne, Morgan Le Fay, Mordred, Captain Hook, and Smee. Children young and old will also enjoy interacting with other English legends such as Mother Goose, the Pied Piper, and the Three Fates. Much food and drink will be offered throughout the event. There will also be 100+ merchants and vendors on site selling their unique, handcrafted wares.
PerformersSome of the performers from past Fishers Renaissance Faire included: Knights of Valour, Black Rose Caravan, Bounding Main, Conjurations, Dragon Scale Consort, Enchanted Statues, Gabriela and On a Trade Wind, the Hey Nonny Nonny Players, Highland Laura, Jigs and Reels, Kings Court Singers, Knights of Valour, the Order of St. Sebastian, the Pub Uglies, and the Society for Creative Anachronism.
