BUCKY COVINGTON TO HEADLINE BENEFIT CONCERT FOR TRI-STATE ZOOLOGICAL PARK American Idol finalist, Bucky Covington, will headline Cabin Fever, a benefit concert for the Tri-State Zoological Park featuring a day of festivities and music By: Rachel Bibbee Cumberland, Md. On Saturday, April 27, 2013, American Idol season five finalist, Bucky Covington, will headline Cabin Fever, a benefit concert to raise funds for the Tri-State Zoological Park at Allegany Fairgrounds. Cabin Fever festivities will kick off at noon, starting with a car show, hosted by Western Maryland Street Rod Association. Food vendors will include Chick-Fil-A in the Country Club Mall and Petes Concessions. There will be a Kids Entertainment Zone with bounce houses by DHS Productions and a petting zoo hosted by Tri-State Zoological Park. Musical acts will hit the stage around 3:30 p.m. Bucky Covingtons opening acts will include Lindsey Erin from York, Pa., and local favorites Southern Grind and The Cramer Brothers with Tim Haines. In addition, Johnnie Bubar from Gloucester, Mass. and Ellie Flier from Nashville, Tenn. will be joining the stage, all in support of the zoo. With money raised from this benefit, the zoo plans to restore a building that was previously lost in a 2006 fire and to provide additional care and support for the animals. The zoo also plans to build an educational center to community events and additional resources for visitors to learn more about the animals that the zoo houses.

Bucky Covington, American Idol Finalist is headliner. Opening acts are Lindsey Erin, Southern Grind, Johnnie Bubar, Ellie Flier, and the Cramer Bros./Tim Haines. we will also have Family Fun Day 12-3 with CAR SHOW, bounce houses, games, food & fun.
