Modeled after the Fringe Festivals that are popular worldwide, The Rogue is a non-juried festival showcasing theatre, music, dance, performance art, puppetry, spoken word, storytelling, visual arts, film and more presented in Fresno, California from which the performers receive one hundred percent of the box-office reciepts for their show.
