DescriptionA mechanical scorpion, dragons on skates, jewel-crusted contraptions and more rolling works of art make up Everyones Art Car Parade. This annual celebration of the “drive to create” features the largest parade of decorated automobiles. Now seventeen years old, EV1.NET ART CAR WEEKEND attracts visitors from all over the world for events culminating in the “Big Parade.” It is produced by the Orange Show Center for Visionary Art, a non-profit organization dedicated to celebrating the artist in everyone.
PerformersThe Houston Art Car Parade and Orange Show Art Car Weekend Weekend draw more than 250,000 spectators, 1,400 artists from around the country and over 400 volunteers. Three days of free events that celebrate the creative spirit.
