Welcome! The 40th annual Sacramento Music Festival! We offered more than hundreds of sets of live music! 20 venues with about dozens of bands. Fans are dancing in the streets! One giant party as the sounds of jazz, blues, swing, country, zydeco (and related styles) permeate Old Sac, Midtown, and the Sacramento Convention Center. Lets let the good times roll AGAIN! Specialty concerts and events include: the Saturday morning Parade, a Swing Dance Contest, a rousing Sunday morning Gospel Set, a Memorial Day Salute to Service, and more. Then theres an energy-charged Closing Ceremony concert. So much to do! Sip suds on a riverboat, ride a train, take a class, explore the CA State Railroad Museum, learn about the Gold Rush, and more!

Many styles of LIVE MUSIC! Classic jazz (inspired by Louis Armstrong), Swing music, Blues, Country Western, Gypsy Jazz, New Orleans 2nd-line & street beat, Cajun/zydeco party music, Soulful rhythm & blues, Ragtime , Mainstream Jazz, Latin jazz, Marching bands, Jazz orchestras. Youth bands. Tributes and specialty concerts. Banjo performances at the CA State Railroad Museum and on excursion trains.
