DescriptionThe Texas State Arts Festival celebrates Texas Independence Day with an outdoor, juried arts and crafts show featuring hundreds of handmade arts, crafts, and one of a kind items. Located in the shadow of the State Capitol on prestigious Congress Avenue, this event will showcase the best of Texas and beyond. Families will enjoy the huge kids area with hands-on activities, a carnival, and two stages of live music throughout both days. Everyone will enjoy numerous special attractions, parades, and performers. Satisfy your appetite in the Texas Food Court and wash it down with refreshing beverages. There's plenty of free parking in area garages. and of course... The Eclectic Austin Atmosphere which Roadway events are known for.
