125 years ago Horseheads was one of the largest celery growers in the Unites States. To celebrate our eclectic culture, Horseheads is closing Hanover Square to offer a fun filled Block Party with action at every corner! Live music will fill the streets while local beer and wine will be served, family fun areas, picnic areas, arts & crafts for every taste!
