DescriptionSeward Park on Lake Washington serves as a pristine venue for the Benaroya Research Institute Triathlon at Seafair. Athletes begin with a half-mile swim in Andrews Bay, mount their bikes for a 12-mile ride along scenic Lake Washington Blvd and finish witha 3.1-mile dash around the park. Everyone will feel great knowing their participation supports Juvenile Diabetes research at Benaroya Research Institute.
