An Argentine parillada is a meat based meal that is typically eaten over a number of hours as each cut of meat becomes ready. There will be sausages, bread, assorted chicken, turkey and beef cuts.
There will be sides on the table to enjoy with the meat and between the meat courses.
As I don't have my wine/beer license yet, if you'd like wine or beer during the meal, please feel free to bring your own.
We will conclude the feast with a typical Argentine ‘campesino’ dessert! (You’ll have to attend to learn what that is!)
The quincho is open so please dress according to the weather, although I will have heat lamps if it's cold!
Check the website for Cancellation and Inclements weather policies.
