144th Nicodemus Emancipation Celebration

Nicodemus, KS 144th Emancipation Celebration announces plans for return of outdoor and virtual events in 2022. The celebration is set to take place July 28th, 29th, 30th, and 31st on the township site (304 Washington Ave. Nicodemus, KS 67625). This year's theme is "Our Rich History Leads to a New Promise. " We will continue our traditional family-centered events such as the • Parade • Food and Textile Vendors • 5K Run/Walk • Kid’s Corner • Fashion/Talent Show • Music and more The 2022 T-shirt designed by Nicodemus descendant graphic artist Mr. Westley Gunn can be purchased, via our webpage. We are seeking vendors and craftsmen to join us this year. Additional information is available on our webpage @ www.nicodemushomecoming.org The celebration will be live on zoom from our webpage.
