The 15th Annual Health Wellness & Lifestyle Expo 2026 with special thanks to Stamford Health, Exclusive Healthcare Partner returns Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 10am – 5pm to Harbor Point along Stamford’s beautiful waterfront boardwalk. Celebrating 15 years as Connecticut’s largest and premier health, wellness, and lifestyle event, this exciting one-day community extravaganza will once again feature more than 130 sponsors and exhibitors, 10 interactive zones, free health screenings, free fitness classes, wellness experiences, healthy food and beverages, family activities, shopping opportunities, and much more.

This year’s Expo promises to be bigger and more dynamic than ever, bringing together thousands of attendees interested in discovering the latest health, wellness, fitness, beauty, nutrition, lifestyle, medical, financial wellness, pet wellness, and eco-conscious products and services.
