The celebration of the best of British continues with Elgar’s evocative Sea Pictures sung by Jess Dandy, culminating in Britten’s ever-popular choral work Rejoice in the Lamb. As the music and commemorations draw to a close, the town will light a beacon on Hoad Hill at 9.45pm.
