Festival Details - "2023 CFM Firefighter Cook-Off"...

The Cincinnati Fire Museum will host a firefighter cook-off on November 18th at 7 p.m. Area firefighters will compete to win the title of Top Firefighter Chef. Local food experts and personalities that include two James Beard nominated chefs - Chef Hideki Harada of Kiki and Chef Elain Uykimpang Bentz of Cafe Mochiko - Chef Eric Seabolt and Sam Dobrozsi of Fireside Pizza, and FC Cincinnati defender Nick Hagglund, will judge the competition and guests will vote for their favorite dish. The event will raise money for the Cincinnati Fire Museum and support our mission of history preservation and fire safety education
