Live Jazz Performances Curated by Marcus Shelby

Composer, bassist, and Artistic Director for the Healdsburg Jazz Festival and Half Moon Bay & Wine Jazz Festival Marcus Shelby will serve as Master of Ceremonies for the day-long concert festivities on the

Main Street Stage, featuring:

Tiffany Austin Quintet: The Love Epoch – Celebrates the love and legacy of spiritual jazz pioneers like Pharaoh Sanders, John Coltrane & Sun Ra through classic and original works.

Larry Vuckovich Quintet featuring Jamie Davis – Masterful melodies from a giant of jazz piano, paired with the voice of Grammy-winning vocalist Jamie Davis.

Sundra Manning Organ Quartet featuring Ashling Cole – A performance honoring the “Queen of the Organ,” Shirley Scott, whose music is a soulful blend of bebop, blues, and gospel.

San Francisco Community Music Center Teen Big Band – This 15 piece group led by composer, bassist, and arranger Marcus Shelby presents a special set in tribute to Duke Ellington.

Additional jazz performances by local bands will light up Main Street throughout the day.
