The 2026 Buellton Wine & Chili Festival is back, celebrating bold flavors and festive fun with this year’s theme, “Uncorking the Heat!” Sample from over 30 wineries, craft breweries, seltzer, cider, and spirit companies, and savor chili and salsa. Enjoy live entertainment by DJ FIU, Maclovia, and the Salty Strings band, along with a variety of local vendors.

Tickets are $65 for the Hot Chili Ticket (21+), which includes a souvenir wine glass and unlimited tastings, and $25 for the Mild Chili Ticket (under 21, no alcohol). At-the-door tickets are $75 for the Hot Chili Ticket and $35 for the Mild Chili Ticket. Children 6 and under enter free. For safe transportation, round-trip shuttle services are available from Santa Barbara, Goleta, Santa Maria, and Lompoc.
