2026 Honpa Hongwanji Hawaii Betsuin Bon Dance

All are welcome to come and join in our traditional festival where we have something for everyone! The festivities start at 6pm with a short service and a taiko performance. Dancing starts at 6:30pm. There will also be a "bontique" shop in our Social Hall, professional photos available, temple tour of our main temple, and a variety of ono food! Dance practices are scheduled the week of Bon Dance - Tues, 6/23 at 7:30pm - Wed, 6/24 at 7:30pm Additional parking will be available at Kawananakoa Middle School and SEEQS Charter School. Parking lots will be open at 4:30pm each night. There's also TheBus route #6 that stops right at the temple, Lusitana St. & Milo Lane.
