24th Annual Romanian Food & Folk Festival

FREE ADMISSION! Join us for our 24th Annual Romanian Food & Folk Festival where you can enjoy traditional Romanian foods, live Romanian music, performances of traditional Romanian folk dance groups of all ages, and inflatables and games for the children. Whether you have Romanian roots or not, you are guaranteed to have a fantastic experience at our festival. Saturday, August 26, 2023: 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, August 27, 2023: 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Delicious Romanian Food includes: -Mititei (Romanian style skinless sausages) -Sarmale (stuffed cabbage) -Ceafa de porc (grilled pork) -Ceaun de fasole cu ciolan afumat (kettle cooked smoked pork and beans) -Mamaliga cu branza si smantana (cornmeal with cheese and sour cream) -Garnitura (various side dishes) -Homemade bread -Clatite (crepes) -Papanasi (cheese fried donuts) -Langos (fried dough with cheese) -Kurtosz kolacz Also available: -Starbucks Coffee -Hot dogs -Popcorn -Cotton Candy Folk dance groups on both days include: -Grupul "Hora" -Grupul "Tara Oasului" -Grupul "Mugurasii" (Youth from Holy Nativity Church) -Grupul "Scoala Duminicala" (Pre-school and Kindergarten age kids from Holy Nativity Church) Join us for a memorable event!
