The Dallas Oktoberfest has been unsurpassed for 25 years and the people of Dallas are going all-out to make this Oktoberfest their personal best! Come to Dallas, Wisconsin on October 1st for a day that is filled with fun activities with a 5K autumn run (herbstlauf), pancake breakfast, car show, vintage baseball, dog costume contest, arts and crafts, music, wiener dog races, beer, brats, lefse, wood fired pizza and more. There is a marathon of other things to do at the Dallas Oktoberfest as well. You can try the “drop the hammer” competition at the stump next to the brewery; leg it to the Dallas Library’s Book Sale, the Lutheran Church Thrift Sale, Studio 201 Pottery and Fibers, Old Farmers Mercantile Antiques, It’s About Time; warmup with Fresh Lefse in park; or challenge your senses with an occasional cannon blast at ball field or see projectiles flung with a trebuchet.
