The 37th Annual California Strawberry Festival is the perfect time to indulge in all things strawberry--chocolate dipped strawberries, strawberry margaritas, strawberry pizza, strawberry nachos and dozens of other strawberry treats at the two-day festival, Saturday and Sunday, May 16 and 17 at Strawberry Meadows/College Park in Oxnard (3250 South Rose Ave.). Hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., both days. Strawberry-themed food and drink from over 50 vendors will be available as well as just-picked strawberries from surrounding farms. The two days also feature a vendor marketplace, live music on three outdoor stages, strawberry-themed cooking demonstrations and contests and kids' rides and entertainment in Strawberryland.
