This is a two day event, hosted by Heberle's Heartstrings. They will have their 3rd Annual Jason Heberle's Memorial Open Mic Competition on W. 8th St. next to Voodoo Brewing Co. in Erie (one of the sponsors). During the event, music artists will compete to win prizes. This is also a fundraiser for Heberle’s Heartstrings, a nonprofit organization that was created in the memory of a local musician, Jason Heberle who always wanted to make music accessible to everyone. Heberle's Heartstrings has a library for musicians. They provide a lending agreement to allow those who want to play an instrument that may otherwise not be able to afford to buy a instrument of their choice. This event allows Heberle's Heartstrings to grow and be able to continue to provide this library to everyone who is interested. So, come and enjoy some music, vendors & food during Labor Day Weekend with Heberle’s Heartstrings.
