The second opening night of the Seattle International Comedy Competition starts at Club Comedy in Seattle. 16 comedians from around the world compete to advance for a chance to the Finals. Only five advance, the rest go home. Performers A full list of comedians competing will be announced in October 2025. About the Competition This event truly is the “Last Comic Standing”. The Competition attracts comedians from across North America and beyond. This event is one of the most prestigious comedy events in North America, launching the careers of people like Mitch Hedberg, Tommy Savitt and Joey Diaz. It is an outrageously funny evening, where you will see the comedy stars of tomorrow competing for their chance at fame and fortune. Hundreds of comedians audition each year to compete, but only 32 comedians are chosen.
