4th Street Festival of the Arts and Crafts The 46th annual iconic art festival returns to beautiful tree-lined 4th Street between Indiana Avenue and Grant Street in downtown Bloomington, IN on Labor Day Weekend, Sept 3 and 4. Hours are Saturday from 10-6pm and Sunday from 10-5pm. The event hosts 125 fine artisans from across the country displaying and selling their work, music and spoken word performances, community booths, and the Lotus kids’ art tent. After enjoying the show’s exceptional artwork, stay to enjoy one of 4th Street’s many local restaurants serving Asian fusion, Burmese, Indian, Korean, Thai, Tibetan, or Turkish cuisine.
