50th Annual Windfest

The Portland Chamber of Commerce hosts the annual Windfest Festival. Windfest is a family-friendly event that features a carnival, activities for all ages, and live entertainment. Our Annual event brings in over 8k visitors and there are lots of fun things to be a part of this year! Activities include Windfest Parade, Furry Friends Parade with costume contest, Car/JEEP Show, Marketplace Retail Vendor Tent and Food Truck vendors, IBCA Sanctioned BBQ Cook-off, Cornhole Tournament, Pickleball Tournament, Dachshund Dash in Pet Zone, Robotics, Port-a-Lab, Carnival and live entertainment. Entertainment schedule is to be announced. Vendors can apply online. Registrations for tournaments, parade and tickets will be available online soon. Stay tuned!
